Brought my car on the morning of the appointment, but UHaul mistakenly booked their own calendar for the next day. On the next day, they call to tell me they ordered the wrong part and would call me right back to let me know when the replacement would be available. Never got a call back, picked up my car the following day and they said they could install in >1 week. Not going back...
Hitch installed quickly and properly. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would have given 5 stars except they cancelled my first appointment as part was not in. I had booked two weeks out and then still had to wait another week.
