They were super busy but still have great service. Odell was also helping a coworker while helping me and other customers. They literally ran to get things done so customers would get taken care of. I really appreciated it.
Awful. Zero stars if I could. I had an appointment booked. Arranged time off work. Confirmed via phone call the same morning that my appointment was all set. Arrived at the correct time... and was told that the installer had "left for the day", in the middle of the day. No call, no offer of a refund, nothing. Do not rely on this location. They will let you down.
Nothing. It didn't happen. They canceled on us twice after we got to the store. We bought a less expensive hitch from eBay and are doing the job ourselves. We always could have done it ourselves. But we figured this one time we'd pay someone to do a job for us. And then U-Haul reiterated WHY we do stuff ourselves. I need to delete my account but your web site won't let me. Send me instructions to do that.
