Who knew U-Haul installed trailer hitches? Not me! We got a new car and the bicycle shop that installed the hitch on our old car no longer provided the service. I googled who could do it and learned that U-Haul does! Was so easy...I called to make an appointment at the Saddle Brook location, they were ready for me when I arrived, and it took the technician less than 45 minutes to install it.
Take a long time for service, trucks so piled in togetheryou can barely get in vehicles. Started out on empty. Worst I been to add is yet.

I rented a cargo van on Saturday then realized that I needed something bigger on Sunday in order to finish moving storage. Aliyah(m sorry m horrible with names) , she was there Saturday and Sunday, helped me both times at pick up and drop off times. She was friendly, professional and made the entire process easy. Everything was a 5+ star service.
