Gregory at UHaul on S. College went way above and beyond. He did a great deal of research, made phone calls & spent hours trying to overcome my car’s unique challenges. He went out of his way to educate me & review options. He demonstrated himself to be extremely skilled, bright, hardworking, poised & professional. He provided the best customer svc & auto svc Ive ever received! Give the man a promotion & raise!!
My car model ended up being a difficult installation, but the UHaul technicians worked hard to figure out how to get it done!
These guys are awesome. My husband and I were scheduled to move in a few days and we were in a pinch. Despite their busy schedule and no forewarning, Cody and Jerimiah graciously installed a wiring kit for us to tow a trailer. Jerimiah also was able to find us a location with a one-way trailer. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Seriously one of the best humans on this planet and an absolute stud. Thank you again!!!
They sold my part to someone else or just never ordered it. Either way i drove a 400 mile round trip and they didn't have the part that they special ordered for me
