If I could give it NEGATIVE stars, I would!! I flew in from FL to pick up my unit. I arrived close to 8 via UBER, and the agent on duty shut the door in my face and told me he was closed( even though other people were in there) and told me to do it online. They had "accidently" messed up my reservation, and it had canceled it. 4 customer service agents later and almost 2 hours out in 15° weather standing alone in the dark freezing, I got a code.
