They were awesome! I originally had them install a trailer hitch 10 years ago. The ground plug on one of the wire connectors had corroded and broken off. They replaced the entire connector, but then they found one of the connectors on my trailer was also defective -- the blinker on the passenger side wouldn't work. They replaced that part too. Brandon did a fantastic job installing the hitch and wiring. Very professional!! George (facility owner of U-Haul on Beal Parkway in FWB, FL) runs a great small business. The lobby and shop were clean and well organized. I would certainly recommend them for a hitch installation and truck rental.
The manager and technician were extremely friendly and helpful. They actually knew how to drive a truck with the manual transmission without grinding it, and when they got it up on the installation rack they let me check on something I had recently repaired even though they didn't have to. It was a super quick and painless installation and it took them less than an hour! The pricing was extremely competitive and fair and I would highly recommend them.
