After purchasing a hitch, one of the employees came out to check on me while I was installing it. A simple gesture, but so rare these days.
No actual mobile pickup. They claim the lockboxes are always broken into so they just don't use them. Still had to go inside, deal with a maskless employee who hates life, surrounded by maskless customers, show my driver's license (even though I tried mobile pickup and took a selfie, along with photos and scan of my license. Don't waste everyone's time and offer a contact free option if you don't actually have one.
Ten stars should be available! I was treated so very well as I faced terrible circumstances by Kristy and Carston. I had to put a hitch on my car to move my mother with stage four lung cancer back to New Mexico. I was in AZ for 30 days. From the installation of the hitch and then the rental of the trailer these two ladies took such good care of me.
