Called them today, lady hang up on me when I ask for a 1 day hire , then when I called again no one picked up .....terrible bad service sound like overseas call centre with bad manners... never going to use you again
Told me they had a car trailer ready to go - I filled out the paperwork, swiped my credit card then they kept me waiting for half an hour before telling me they didn't have the light cord so I couldn't take it. They didn't even apologise just blamed someone else! Then told me my refund would take a week to process!
