The gentleman that I worked with was very helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. He could have just quickly checked me out and sent me on my way, but he didn't. He took the time to ask probing questions and measured the trailer that I reserved to make sure the furniture that I was moving fit. It would not have. I can't thank him enough. We will be using this facility again, shortly. They have a big selection of vehicles for rent.
I had to rent a truck and trailer last minute. I landed here and the customer service was outstanding. The reservation agent was great too. I had a car trailer and Carl helped me get all my accessories set up so I could safely use the trailer on my hitch. Jason, Juan & Carl knocked it out for me. Thanks!!
Rip-off artists. Charged me extra $40 for mileage to return a broken truck and pick up a replacement truck. That should have been delivered to me.
Have rented from this location numerous times. Always a good experience. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Robert
