Was able to get a motorcycle trailer and move my Harley. Took 3 days to get my deposit back or it would be 5 Stars.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a first and last time I will ever use storage I had to toss so much stuff and all my things was NEW rat/mice feces and mice everywhere found dead mice in boxes and bags inside clothes. My daughter screamed and was crying was so bad. Would not give a star if I couldn’t. I wish I could upload the video but def keeping it.
I called to make a rental. Was immediately put on hold for the next 30 minutes. So I drove to the location and nobody was there. Basically they put me on hold and went home. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I wont be doing any more business here.
