My living in Spokane over 5 years now. My experience at U-City U-Haul was the worst of any business I've done in the whole city. The staff there are cruel and rude. The place reeks of disinfectant. The manager looks the other way while her employees break the rules. I'll never forget for the rest of my life how poorly I was treated there. I recommend U-Haul in Coeur d' Alene they do good business. They have a good staff. Steer clear of U-City U-Haul.
Brandon Prescott took care of me and he was phenomenal. He listened to the issues I had with this entire situation and took me seriously. Very kind, caring and supportive. Man needs a raise.
Gteat service
Johnathan was extremely easy to talk to outgoing and fun
Top quality service, reasonable price to fit my budget, wide selection of vehicles avalible, very well maintained. Thank you.
