I have rented many times and this time they ask for an emergency contact that they can verify. I give them my wifes number and they say no cause she is with me. IM NOT A CHILD I DO NOT NEED TO GIVE YOU SOMEONE TO VERIFY. Im renting a trailer not a house
The reservation process online is very easy. I've used it before. One concern I had was that I had a very tight timeline and I was running late upon arriving at your location. The girl, I think her name is Chrystal, was very fast and nice and had me checked in quickly. She had asked one of the guys to hook the trailer up but he was busy with another customer so she did it herself, which was really great. Service was amazing the workers were very fast and polite. Equipment was clean.
I came there looking for cargo van. But they did not have one at this location they had one down the street but the lady quoted me for a box truck for $0.89 a mile we didn't need the box truck anymore so we got a van from another location returned the box truck and they charged me $1.39 a mile. When I asked them why was that much the redhead dude started giving me all kinds of attitude and threatened to take away the van that I rented from another location and he wasn't even a manager and the manager was really rude too and ... read more
