This is the best place ever to rent a U-Haul or a storage unit. They are very kind and courteous with excellent customer service.
Friendly staff, great running truck
I used this location to store some things for almost a year, and then rent a UBox from. The facility was always clean inside and well lit. The owner, Craig, is a nice man and I found only positive interactions with him. Towards the end, I had accidently been overcharged for something and he promptly took care of it and even gave me a call to let me know it was taken care of. In todays business world, he is becoming a rare breed. But Uhaul should be lucky he is still around to represent their company.
Overall the team was amazing!!! However I am never moving again! The team there in Gearhart did make it as easy as they possibly could though, extended my rental and were the nicest group of people!!!
