Wow. I can't even begin to put into words how bad of an experience I had renting a cargo/utility van for 12days. First of all if you are going to charge someone $1116.00 ($558.18 & $558.95) for supposedly driving 600+ miles than show some sort of mileage to your customer. I am blown away. That is insane!!! And to think you probably get away with this often and some folks probably don't even say a thing. Not me! Sorry. I will straight up call this specific U-Haul Location a RIP OFF. You are thieves!! Polite staff, adequate space to maneuver, and easy dropoff.
Be careful of all the hidden fees. I rented a truck for 2 days and they charged me an extra 48 dollars because my milage went over. But the person I delt with chose my milage instead of possibly looking it up and helping me. If you dont know everything about renting a truck you better or they charge you for everything. On their doly in the truck it says 7$ I am so glad I had my own.
