I have been a Uhaul customer and used them for local and long distance moves several times, but I will never again go through the Medford location. Marlon the manager of this location gave me false information about my shipping multiple times. He quoted me a price and shipping date and then changed the price and shipping date three times. I had to call corporate multiple times and they eventually put me in contact with Tyler at the regional office, who reviewed the transcripts of the calls with Marlon and promised the origin... read more
Wow. I can't even begin to put into words how bad of an experience I had renting a cargo/utility van for 12days. First of all if you are going to charge someone $1116.00 ($558.18 & $558.95) for supposedly driving 600+ miles than show some sort of mileage to your customer. I am blown away. That is insane!!! Polite staff, adequate space to maneuver, and easy dropoff.
Be careful of all the hidden fees. I rented a truck for 2 days and they charged me an extra 48 dollars because my milage went over. But the person I delt with chose my milage instead of possibly looking it up and helping me. If you dont know everything about renting a truck you better or they charge you for everything. On their doly in the truck it says 7$ I am so glad I had my own.
