I have a unit here and everything was great when I first moved my stuff in in 2022. But over the last few months things have just gotten annoying. Now, any time the bay doors open or close, the alarms go off throughout the entire building. It's ear-splitting and anxiety inducing, and it honestly is making me some consider taking my business elsewhere.
They have to change the alarm when the door goes up and down, it's annoying, the last time that I went w my husband almost broke my ear for that noisy sound, also they said “we have climate controlled” and that isn’t true, all entire summer was hot inside.
