The guy at the front desk was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills.
We had to use the U-Haul insurance that's offered (thank heavens we opted to get it) and there wasn't a single issue doing so when we returned the truck. Very helpful, quick and pleasant staff that day. We even left out with a great restaurant recommendation (Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse). Five stars!
Leo and his crew are great! Have used their vehicles many times recently and always helpful and provide quick service. Highly recommend them!
Rented a cargo van from here this weekend to pick up furniture in north Houston. Office staff was extremely helpful. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend.
