WOW! Having some renovation work done and needed a place to stash things to clear the work area. Online ordering and scheduling was quick and easy. The U-Boxes were delivered by a super-friendly, super-efficient mother-daughter team who put them exactly where requested, explained how to open and lock. U-Haul apparently has a training initiative that helps women get their A license to drive the larger delivery trucks and it was so cool to see two women drive up and get the job done! I live nearby and the alarm is CONSTANTLY going off. Either folks are breaking in multiple times a day or the security system is shot.
Use anywhere but here. We have used their storage unit for almost 2 years. Horrible price increases every couple of months, payments never process correctly, staff is awful, manager was awful. We legit didn't even have access to our unit for months (they needed our key, and claimed it was for an upgrade to the door). Called in several months later because we really needed some things out of our unit, the manager had no clue if it was even done, didnt bother to update us, didnt bother to apologize.. but hey they sure sent us ... read more
