Honestly, this place is horrible for the community. Their alarms blare at all hours of the day and night, almost non-stop! They have a faulty alarm system and I have called repeatedly to tell them. They just don't care.
Some people work different hours and it's nice that there's 24 hour access. The building is kept clean and the staff is friendly.
WOW! Having some renovation work done and needed a place to stash things to clear the work area. Online ordering and scheduling was quick and easy. The U-Boxes were delivered by a super-friendly, super-efficient mother-daughter team who put them exactly where requested, explained how to open and lock. U-Haul apparently has a training initiative that helps women get their A license to drive the larger delivery trucks and it was so cool to see two women drive up and get the job done!
