U-Haul has lost a customer for life because of this location. Trucks are in really bad conditions and super dirty inside and outside and the one we got has a strong chemical smell inside. No staff on site even when it’s during the posted business hours. Bad cell signal, and they force you to use an app on your phone without telling you any of this or sending you any emails or instructions, which doesn’t work well when you don’t have a cell signal. I will never ever ever use U-Haul again after this awful experience.

If your phone and internet is working, renting a car is easy. Just make sure to have a physical driver license since the app wants to take pictures of it and the rental vehicle. I'm rating 4 stars because the uhaul location should have working wifi if they are only doing online reservations. It would speed things up. The guest network wasnt working for me even though it active. It had no Internet, so I had to wait 5 minutes per loading page, which is probably why people have issues doing the online reservations. Highly recommend the storage units are clean and JUSTINE is the mvp she is always so helpful and so sweet! They also have a donation area witch is absolutly the best!
