Good service rep, and descent price on renting a 15ft truck
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Rude employees, and according to their manager they don’t do safety checks on their vehicles. Took an hour to get a new truck because the passenger side seat belt did not work. Driver side visor was broken and flapping around. When the concerns were addressed with the manager he said “okay, so how do you want me to help you” with an attitude as if we were trying to squeeze money out of them.
