I do not remember the names of the gals that helped me but they are sisters and absolutely amazing. It was a last minute trailer rental and they helped with kindness and grace. I am so very impressed that excellent customer service still exists. The two fellas that helped when I returned it in Bozeman were friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend!

When you have a bad day, others can help lift up your spirits with kindness in an amazing way. The manager, Sam, of this U-Haul location did just that this morning. I was here yesterday to talk about the concerns of the receipt, one of her staff, Mercedes, who happened to be Sam's sister, did not know the whole story.
