Andrew was amazing. We had an issue that happened with the person who checked us out, we told him we wanted the u-haul for 2 days and no Insurance but he charged us for 1 day and Insurance so when Andrew was checking the u-haul in we discovered this which made it double the amount we thought it would be, Andrew really helped us out and made things so much better and I can't thank him enough, we were so exhausted from moving in the heat and all the smoke from the fire plus spending a bunch of money moving.
We had such an amazing experience with our return at this location! Andrew was absolutely awesome to work with. He understood that we were using the U-Haul truck to bring up donations for the fire victims, and when we went over our allotted mileage, he went above and beyond to help us out by taking the additional mileage charge off so we didn’t have to pay extra. This Uhaul storage facility is fantastic! It has a double garage door entrance for larger vehicles to enter and unload and can fit a 15 foot Uhaul for unloading as well. The storage units themselves are tall and well kept, and you can't beat the indoor security! We also love the donate spot where you can donate items you no longer need. 5 stars!
There was a mistake made by the website, and this location went above and beyond to fix. It gave me a huge refund and sent me on my way. Almost in better condition than I would have been.I really appreciate this.You hollo, location.Super awesome management really knowledgeable staff
