The nicest people I have ever met to run a business. After all I went through in the last few years. These nice people gave me the opportunity to grab some things from a storage unit I could not pay for anymore. I was able to recover all my children’s photos. I am eternally thankful. Thank you U-Haul.
I reserved a unit and asked to look at the unit (for structural integrity reasons) before I signed a lease and they would only show me a (new) display unit that was inside their store at a different location. Very poor customer service.
