This U-Haul location has the best Customer service. I went in today to rent a truck, and the young lady that was there was very polite and professional. My return process was easy as well, the young lady that was there in the afternoon was by herself but still managed to help me out as well as the other customers that were there. If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I would highly recommend this store.
Do not rent from here unless you want to be threatened or cursed at by the staff. ITS NOT DEROGATORY, IF ITS TRUE. I can verify the truth in the recent low reviews. The staff there, behind the desk is undertrained, disrespectful, hot tempered and extremely manipulative!! Sad to see the reviews go from great to horrible. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER UHAUL!!!
Receptionist rude. Refused to take the uhaul keys because it’s 6:52 and she close at 7 and her bags are already packed. Hiring fail. Also crazy that uhaul is now $1.09 a mile
Horrible!! There are two young girls there, both looking completely bitter as if they hated their lives and their jobs, and on top of that they respond in the worst possible way. I wanted to rent, but they make it impossible to take the service. I will never come back to this place. NOT RECOMMENDED at all!
