Tried to rent a trailer twice this month. System was down and they couldn’t rent anything. Only reason to be in business is to rent things. It’s 2025. Shouldn’t be that hard.
We had a horrendous experience. Pickup went smoothly for the most part. I was shipping a friend's belongings to her. I specifically asked to have her name on all documents to ensure she could pick it up without any hiccups. I then called the store in Iowa to confirm that she could pickup. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. When it arrived in Iowa, she was told she wasnt on anything. The lady working, Jennifer, was extremely rude. They requested that I call in, so I did.
