I went there to ask questions about getting a storage unit and the rates. The guy at the counter, who happened to be the general manager, was rather rude and unwilling to help. He complained that I was being abrasive, but I only have so much patience for someone that does not offer to help when I came to ask questions. His job was literally to help and ask questions. Don’t go here, what a waste of time and energy.
