People were quite pleasant and helpful.
Staff were quick, friendly, & very knowledgeable. The process was painless, the rental was in great shape, and there were no surprise fees at the end. Definitely recommend.
Ms. Katie Sampson, Brian and Benda and the whole team were outstanding. I can't thank Katie for renting me a truck under some challenging circumstances to allow me to return to my home in Kansas. She was truly a life saver for me and I will always be thankful for her compassion and professionalism during my hour of need. Thank you.

Eli (the manager at the McMinnville U-Haul) was wonderful, very accommodating, and understanding giving me a few .extra days for loading.Also the gal who took care of the paperwork and brought the Truck around was wonderful to deal with as well.I believe her name was April.I have used U-haul many times in the past and this was by far the most pleasant of them all. U-Haul is fortunate to have the two of them as employees they are the reason I have given a five star rating which is something I seldom do.
