I made my reservation with Katie over the phone and she was phenomenal to deal with. Super helpful and a great attitude. When I showed up to pick up the trailer her and staff were VERY busy. Katie and staff were all keeping their cool and were calm and collected in getting a huge rush of outgoing rentals, incoming returns, and over the counter sales running. Wouldn't hesitate to use this location again.
TRIED CALLING THEM TWICE FOR A PRICE TO INSTALL A HITCH ON A 2025 VOLVO AND CANT EVEN GET AHOLD OF THEM.... THE PHONE TREE WILL NOT LET YOU TALK TO A PERSON AND THERE IS NO OPTION FOR HITCH INSTALLS. EVEN AFTER JUST PRESSING ONE OF THEIR NON APPLICABLE OPTIONS, THE PHONE TREE JUST HANGS UP ON YOU.... TERRIBLE SERVICE... NOT YELLING, I JUST TYPE IN ALL CAPS.......
ONE STAR. Completely unacceptable and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We had a truck RESERVED with U-Haul in Bend, Oregon. This was not a last-minute request or a misunderstanding. We made plans around this reservation and trusted that U-Haul would actually have the truck available when we needed it. This place deserves 0 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY! We booked our car hauler rental a month and a half in advance from our pick-up date. The day before picking it up to use to drive from Oregon to Nebraska, we get a call they don’t have one at their Bend location now and that we now have to go an hour and a half from home (during moving day) to pick it up.
