The access gate does not work. I have to call each time to have them open it to let me in and out. The staff at Stockton Hill is always more than happy to help me and are so friendly and kind whenever I call them though. I can't wait until their tech fixes the access gate so my key card works and I don't have to keep calling to have them let me in and out of the gate though!
The facility is clean. Help is readily available. All staff are friendly. The manager is a wonderful human being, remembering our names and making sure our needs were met. She was very patient, yet professional in management of business. When my husband left his phone in my car and we got separated, she acted as touchpoint to help us find each other again. I highly recommend this location for all moving and storage needs.
