Wow, I am so impressed with this facility. It’s clean and very secure and the people that work here are helpful and treated me a 78-year-old woman with respect. They have things at the front office that you might need for renting a U-Haul or to use in your storage unit. I bought some boxes. The storage unit was extremely clean and I rented a small 5x5 one in a climate control area. When I opened my door there was a lock and a small bottle of water wrapped up with a ribbonwhich I really needed. I really appreciated that water... read more
The access gate does not work. I have to call each time to have them open it to let me in and out. The staff at Stockton Hill is always more than happy to help me and are so friendly and kind whenever I call them though. I can't wait until their tech fixes the access gate so my key card works and I don't have to keep calling to have them let me in and out of the gate though!
