These guys were terrific !! In for the trailer, easy and smooth, dropped the trailer off, smooth and easy !! Seems to be running very well !!
Terrance at this location was incredibly unprofessional and rude when discussing a fee while returning the rental.
This facility is big and looks brand new. The employees we're prompt knowledgeable and respectful.
This place is becoming increasingly unsafe while visiting at night. There are people going in and out later in the evening without any items but definitely appears to be a lot of loitering inside and out and gathering stuff from the free pile just inside the building, which appears to be more of a garbage pile lately.
I've been in and out of this location SO MUCH over the past month between moving, trailer rentals, and pods. Uhaul the company has been a little squirrely (computer issues mostly) but the customer service in this location more than makes up for it. I think it's been Terrance, Matt and Richard I've dealt with the most and they're all awesome! I'm in and out in no time and all of their equipment has been clean and well maintained.
