Shout out to Chang! I have not been the biggest fan of U-Haul for some years but man, Chang’s incredible customer service has changed that for me. I can say that I will be back due to the service he delivered. Thank you to Chang and his team!
Note to staff. When a disabled customer limps in to buy boxes and packing material you may want to try and lift yourself out of your apparently super comfortable seat and ask them if they need a hand carrying the xl boxes they just bought from you.
I would like to illuminate the breathtaking display of customer service, ... one which can only be described as a masterclass in bureaucratic absurdity. I arrived a mere SEVEN MINUTES after my reservation time, only to be summarily dismissed with all the warmth of a DMV employee working through their lunch break… The employee's commitment to time-Nazi precision would be impressive if it weren't so monumentally counterproductive. Great customer service in both checking in and checking out!
Every month they keep increasing our rent without notification. Our unit was also broken into and of course they "didn't see anything" on the cameras. It's clear they do not conduct lock checks. Nickel and diming us after we spent over 4k this year with Uhaul is unprofessional. Anytime we call or email we also get the round around too. Not sure who operates this location but someone needs to maybe stop by and see the issues for themselves.
