My daughter used this facility to store her belongs while on summer break. She moved in her items in April and when we returned to pick them up in August everything was covered in dirt and rat poop. We filed a claim but were offered no assistance locally from the general manager. When I requested a refund I was told he was unable to offer a refund for “some dust”. I wish I were able to attach the video of me clearing the “dust” out. I was engulfed in clouds of debris and coughing terribly. This cannot be good for my health.
