I am very satisfied with my experience using uhaul storage and truck rentals. The check-out and turn-in processes are easy. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Eddie, the manager, is fantastic. His customer service and friendliness carries over to his entire crew. Thank you!
Good location. Plenty of space. Boxes are loaded and unloaded in the back of the building. Work on a normal schedule from 9 am to 4 pm. Comfortable parking, professional and friendly staff.
I am surprised on the negative reviews! These folks are experts in hitch installations. I have Mercedes Benz GLA and they were able to take care of that with no compromise in the quality. The staff is also soft spoken, pretty darn hardworking, and courteous! Just be aware cars like mine may take longer. But that is not the team’s fault, as some cars/connections are engineered and packed too compactly, which requires a lot of uncovering and brainstorming.
