I was researching the best location to go to and this place had better reviews than other U-Haul locations. In person they did have Great customer service they did a great job explaining things. The truck was clean. Would go back again.
Saw the supervisor on duty and employee Cody cuss out a Veteran and his daughter. The supervisor got in his face as if he was going to fight him. All over not honoring a $20 coupon it appears. I will not be returning to U-Haul.
The people that work here, including the manager that overseas everything cares very much about The equipment they rent out and the customers experience. They really do strive on making sure no one has any issues with equipment or problems.
