Had to track someone down to turn in the truck, and they said: "please wait in the vehicle" Ma'am, I wouldn't be walking around if there were attendants outside handling... ANY of the vehicles sitting in line.
Easy process and helpful staff
I had a confirmed reservation for a U-Haul truck and trailer and arrived expecting a straightforward pickup. Instead, I was told that because I do not have a mortgage or lease, I could not rent the equipment. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was informed that a larger deposit would have been acceptable all along.
