I came in a few days ago... I found flooding & dryers in front of almost every storage unit. On top of that, there's a tag on my unit that says "wrong lock". I go to the office to ask what that could mean? The lady with attitude said "you're supposed to use the one we gave you for free when you moved in." I've been here for 5 years! They asked then if I wanted to buy one or if I had one. I had one. No problems. Now I get a new one, with the u-haul brand name on it.
