The staff were very rude because they ignore you till your actually in their face!???
Just wanted to point out something that I was unaware of, maybe it is a common thing for people to know but I was not told at the time of the rental and it could be in there some where. But I was never told that when you turn the truck even if it is day early and you keep the dolly until the it is due. They will try to charge you 150 dollars for a dolly that is not worth 20 dollars. I rented a 15 foo truck, car hauler and a appliance dolly. I was able to return the car hauler 2 days earlier than the truck and that was no iss... read more
