We have recently rented a cargo trailer three times. The staff (including the owner) have been incredibly professional and helpful. We had to call for roadside assistance when we got a flat on the very last trailer, last run, and about 90 miles from Lubbock. The roadside assistance process was hassle-free and everyone was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend using this location.
Needed a tow dolly and they delivered, the whole experience was fast and friendly. On a previous occasion I thought that I needed a car hauler but after taking with a staff member he informed me that a car hauler was too big for the type of car I was planning on moving so he suggested a toy hauler instead which fit my needs better made it from Lubbock to Houston and back with out a problem.
Chris M is a great employee helped me through a error that gave me stress questioning if I'll go home today and provided great care and reassurance long story short another employee unfortunately did my reservation wrong, but thanks to Crhis M I'm beyond grateful for his help to be able to go home today 🙏🏼

Accidentally was overcharged by quite a bit. Within a week, I had a call from the manager here and a refund to make the charges the correct amount. Excellent customer service all around and this is the first time a mistake has ever been made. Thank you for making it right!
