The "self check in" was time consuming the morning I was to pick up my truck. I could not check in myself without help from the staff every step of the way. And, the line was long--at 8 o'clock in the morning. Staff was helping everyone with their "self check in". I lost an hour there, and had to pay my driver and movers for the time lost trying to secure the truck in "self check in". Then, the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas, and I spent $40.00 which they ended up keeping most of the gas not used. I don't think I will do it ... read more
