Satisfied Overall satisfied. They made it easy for me to drop off truck after closing hours. Left some stuff in front cabin. They kept it for me until I picked it up the next day.
I have used U-Haul many times in the past, but working with this one made me cringe and I have not gone back. I had a similar problem as one of the other reviewers, I made a reservation for a certain sized truck and when I arrived, they did not have it. They ended up offering me the truck two sizes up for the same price - the size truck you would normally see moving people across country and I was moving 6 miles. Run. Run as fast as you can. This is the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I cannot begin to describe the agony that ensued after I chose to use U-Haul. I must say that I am thrilled to have the opportunity to warn you, though. I made an on-line reservation. It seemed simple enough. I chose a truck size and pick-up location.
