Kapil and his sister (can't recall her name) are amazing! My first U-Haul reservation fell through after I drove 6 hours to pick it up in Vicksburg. U-Haul corporate re-routed me to this place in Crystal Springs. This is best customer service I've received from about a dozen U-Haul experiences. The family that runs this place goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
