If you need to move, don't ever go to this U-Haul. Called ahead days in advance to see if I could reserve a trailer, and was told I could not. I was asked if I could do a reservation online, and the lady on the phone said I could but they will still give the trailer to whoever comes and gets it first, so there's really no point. I make a reservation online just in case, figured it couldn't hurt. The big moving day comes, and we get there 15 mins before they open just to be on the safe side.
