We picked up a u haul small trailer. The guy hooked up the wires but never checked if they worked. Why? Doesn’t he do this all the time? Wouldn’t checking the lights be the next logical step? The lights did not work so we called him and he said he was leaving. Back to U-Haul and wait, phone calls etc and extreme inconvenience.
Called them today at 11:38 abt a truck rental so I can move a couch from my fiancés family and than get our washer and dryer from my grandparents house. Very rude guy answered the phone. I asked him about a pick up U-Haul truck and told me they didn’t have any at the location. Which was fine but when I told him we needed it for the week he goes “ I can’t help you with that” and hangs up on me. It was easy to rent, pickup and drop off the truck. The truck was clean and in good shape
