It was easy to rent, pickup and drop off the truck. The truck was clean and in good shape

No assistance on hooking trailer up was told it was up on the hill go get it and bring it down. Uhaul trailers don't have Jack's so I had to lift trailer by myself onto hitch I will rent from someone else next time

Useless. I had to get a trailer because I was moving and my total price was $107. Ended up getting charged $198, called the guy and he told me he's not there anymore to call someone else. Oh and it was only 10 o'clock in the morning and on top of that he changed my drop off location 3 hours from my house. I had to call corporate to try and get my money back and change my drop off location. Let's just say nothing got done about it.
