The older gentleman checked me in and Johnathan the younger gentleman checked me out. They both were very pleasant and made the whole process quick and easy. I would definitely return to their location even though it is not the closest U-Haul to me.
Here at Palatka u-haul 465 rt. 207 FL, 32131 They say I owe $1,280.00 total for my rental. Then I'm late one day, it cost $50.00 that's what they say to me, but then when I arrive they charge me $1,780.00 to make up for Saturday and Sunday! Then they did not tell me this up front so I was not expecting this after I showed up one day late ready to pay then they where dishonest and did not honor there word, if there was a bad communication on there part, they should pay the extra. Great and knowledgeable staff
Rented a. 6x12 from here. Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time.. they went out of their way to help me even borrowed me their personal trailer hitch because I didn’t have the right one on my truck. they are just Awesome people! I saw some bad reviews on here about them, but I can tell you, they are really decent ,down to earth people running this place…and are willing to help anyone .
DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my family move a lot. We have used U-Haul every time we move. I feel bad for the U-Haul company because this neighborhood dealer is horrible. I went online and saw that it was $29.95 to rent a 15 ft box truck for eight hours and 250 miles. So I went in to ask about the 15 foot box truck that was outside their location.
