Neighborhood dealer was great but corporate folks wanted to send me 3 hours away for tow package and charge $489.00.
Great place to rent a truck if you need to move things
Rented a truck here, My paperwork said I declined the insurance but when I got the bill at the end they still charged me $15.00 even though if it was damaged they wouldn't have covered the damage. When I opened the back of the truck, there was hay in the back and it smelled like a barn. This location clearly doesn't check out their trucks when people return them
I rent Uhauls all over town. This guy is a scammer. He charges you the fuel charge even when you return it above what it started with. Also I bought the insurance, paid for it, then my e-mail said I got no insurance. This man is a SCAMMER and I will report him to U-haul's corporate. Also the sandwiches at his crappy resturant taste like cardboard.
