The whole experience from ordering online to checking in online to picking up the equipment and returning it was absolutely flawless. Would highly recommend!
Very poor experience here. For one the representative overcharged me $40 on a single day rental. Then he told me that he wouldn’t be able to apply a employee discount and that I would have to do it while turning in the vehicle. When I went to go turn in the vehicle, customer service and the turn in Location confirmed with me that he reverted my original quoting up. Charge me $40 for no reason. And he was indeed the person that was supposed to put in the employee discount code. I feel like this was an attempt to generate more... read more
This is the second time that I rent from here and the guys here at stagecoach are awesome friendly and they always make me laugh. These are the kind of people you want running a business. These are the kind of people that bring a nice atmosphere, remember there are many places to rent, but it’s the people that makes the difference.
