The truck was not clean at all. There was only 1/4 tank of gas in the truck and it was full of cigarette ashes and trash. Also, the items that I requested in order to help me move were not available upon arrival and I had to obtain a dolly from another business. The checkout process took about 20 mins even though I checked in online.
Do not shop here for uhauls. They are running a scam. I paid to rent the truck for two days they charged me for 3 days stating that because i didn’t return it the next day i was charged extra even though i paid for 2 days. They then charged me for extra mileage which is beyond crazy to me. We used the truck twice and returned it. Drove 6 minutes away and six minutes back each time and then 15 minutes back to uhaul. This place is running a complete scam. If you don’t want your money stolen do not shop with them.!
The rep highly violated uhaul policy and ethics... He was extremely rude and didn't want to assist our reservation. He lied multiple times and blamed uhaul for unexplained charges...I've only always used uhaul for any of my moving needs over 20 years and never experienced this. He canceled our reservation for no reason other than to be ugly. You can tell He was having a bad day and took it out on us! We were there almost 3 hours because of his incompetent rude ignorance!
