Horrible experience! Was recommended by another U-Haul owner only because they didn’t have the trailer I needed. U-Haul rep was throwing a tantrum when I arrived. Seemed like she was more worried about her personal matters the helping customers. Received a phone call while trying to help me and preceded to talk about a phone she wanted to purchase. When trying to get trailer inspected before we left we waited for another 30 min and then she didn’t inspect the trailer like she said she was or take pictures. Not customer orien... read more
