Drove from Charlottesville because we were told they had a 26 foot truck available, even received the confirmation number from corporate. Drove an hour to pick it up and they rented it to someone else. Called the corporate office to see what they could do for us. After sitting on hold for an HOUR, they couldn’t do anything. DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL!
