Called to make reservation. Was told to try another more "local" to me. Had to wait to have address emailed to me instead of over the phone. When I called back to let them know it was more that double the distance, was told I was out of luck and would not reserve for me at this location. Will never use uhaul again and will be sure to tell others to avoid this location at all costs. Customer service goes a long way. Just saying.
