I dropped of the trailer I rented here and the lady took my light adapter, called and said she had it and then when I went to get it she gave me an old one without the hook ups!! Wasn't even mine. I had just bought mine brand new from the u-haul in pueblo! NOT HAPPY!!
I always get great service at this u-haul and appreciate it. I will be a customer of theirs again!
