Made a truck reservation for 4pm. When I arrived, there was NO ONE on site to give me the keys to the truck, despite being there an hour before they close. When I called store, they told me to look for a lock in the truck, with the keys inside (it didn’t exist). Owner said he couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, and that I needed to call UHaul directly to change my reservation. The whole thing was a joke, I’ll never come back here again.
