The gentlemen working when I came in was very kind. The pick up and return process was very easy. And I was in and out very quickly. I’ve been here several times and this is usually the case.
Very well run. The owner/manager Lisa is amazing! Super helpful and friendly. I was well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
Professional, courteous AND they actually are there when you need to pick up your truck! (our last experience with the Uhaul place on Geneva was terrible and took a whole week to get reimbursed for a no show by the Uhaul business owner). Definitely will come back to State Street Storage.
