Good experience
I had the best experience with the gentleman who rented me the trailer and hooked it up. I wish I got his name. The best customer service ever! I had a few issues with my electrical and he helped me without even asking.
Was never told we had to pay for mileage. I was told 144 was my total and then when I returned the truck I was charged additional 327.00 dollars. I will not recommend this location to anyone. I even asked the girl that was working would it be cheaper to drop off at a different location when are completed she said no it would cheaper to bring back to the same location. I’ve returned a truck and car hauler, rented a truck and dropped off another 6x9 trailer here. So far, no issues. Sometimes the return person doesn’t have their phone to check me in, but will get the receipt soon after. Have not used their storage or any other services, so cannot comment on those aspects. I will be renting another truck soon and expect that I will use this location again due to the amount of available vehicles they have.
