Very inefficient. Wait in line for 1/2 to rent a trailer then another 1/2 hour to return. Took 1/2 hour to do application. Most u hauls check rental out in yard.
The black guy that attended to me was very friendly and super helpful. The truck was clean and in very good condition. Overall, I had a great experience ☺️
