Upon approaching the counter for assistance, she refused to acknowledge or speak to us, despite no other customers requiring immediate attention. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist were unacceptable. I rented a 15’ truck and some equipment on Friday, June 27th and it was a very pleasant experience. The guy who helped me pick up my truck was super friendly and gave me all of my equipment and the lady who helped me go through the drop off process was just as great! Thanks for making a stressful day a little less stressful!
Truck that I reserved a week in advance for my move was unavailable cause it had a flat tire. Also nothing else available. nothing done to rectify the situation. Avoid!
