We reserved plastic totes over week in advance. Came to pick them up but they didn't have them available. Not sure what the point of reserving if they aren't gunna be available or its not being communicated to us that they won't have them available until we arrive to pick them up
I used their service 6 months ago, i had a good experience from picking up the truck till dropping it off. In my last visit to this location I ended not to use their truck because the female (seems to be from India) was not helpful and she was not professional answering or understanding what I was looking for so I had to go to Budget just a few blocs away.
I rented a dolly this morning August 6. Lone guy was there at around 10:20 am. This guy was hungover or something cos he couldnt explain what i needed to know. Hire better staff
