It was a great experience from the time I walked in till I picked up the trailer the gentleman hooking up the trailer was great with the kids, and the equipment was in great shape and worked well.
Amazing service, quick, smooth transaction. 100% would recommend and use again.
Beware booking online. The website did not specify this location doesn’t have dolly's/ hand carts for rental but it lets you still check out as is if they do. No one called to update me on this. So of course I arrive there & it’s a complete waste of time. BEWARE. This is my 2nd U HAUL FAIL. As if moving isn’t hard enough.
Everything was smooth sailing from the time I walked through the door. Great customer service phenomenal staff!
Juan is gold!!! Not only was he great and attentive but he took the time to teach us how to drive with a trailer attached AND REVERSE! So nervous at first but now feeling confident! Thank you bunches Juan 10/10
