Manager was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was added to an account to move stuff out of a storage and I came to move it and this woman tryed to have a terrible argument with me about the account. I just came to move this stuff, that's all. Great customer service and friendly
Arrived at 5:10, rang the bell for propane. 5:20, rang the bell again 5:30 left after being ignored for 20 minutes. How I know I was ignored? Other customers arrived, walked in, came out and took off. Batteries empty? Possible. At the same time: do they let other maintenance lapse as well? Safety inspections? Not the first time of bad service. Probably not coming back.
I rent from this location at least 13 times a year. I am there because of Paige and her team. They always look after me.
