Really tried to be cool and understanding but the accountability and attitude is what brought me here this location needs to tighten up I’ve had too many issues here. I just spoke to the gm Thomas and had been speaking with him on several occasions. I rented a van and received a free storage. Instead of getting my free storage I was charged. Ask for Andreas at this location. My one way move was a disaster of a reservation at the veterans memorial location. I was rescheduled for my move an hour prior to pick up at this location, an hour and a half away from where I lived. I got to the location and Andreas was kind, understanding, apologetic, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks for saving my one way trip disaster Andreas!

DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS LOCATION! I purchased a Masterlock from the office when I signed up to rent a storage. A few months later I returned to my storage to find that my lock was not on it and a new lock was put on in its place. I was NOT GIVEN any notice of this. Who does this?? The lock that was put on my storage was a circular lock that they sell in the office. Of course, when I went to the office to inquire NO ONE knew what happened.
